PROJECT 502107 - CBA Bathroom Refurbishment

In September 2000 Thermo-Glaze was successful in the Bovis Lend Lease tender for tile resurfacing within the
Commonwealth Bank building at Martin Place Sydney. The Thermo-Glaze works involved tile resurfacing of wall
tiles to 18 bathrooms, 10 of which were heritage listed bathrooms. At tender I was concerned as I had not dealt
with the tile resurfacing trade before and additional concerns related to the sensitive nature of the heritage requirements.

I have taken the unusual step of informing you how impressed we were with the work performed and the quality of
your workmanship and resources. The finished product exceeded our initial expectations and the manner in which
your staff conducted work within operating trading floors was greatly appreciated.
